There are no prerequisites for learning Reiki. Arrive on Day 1 with a notebook, pen, and an open mind, and you'll be practicing this gentle, natural healing art on yourself the same evening at home. You'll learn not only how to practice Reiki self-care, but how to give Reiki sessions to your friends and family. Students who complete all program requirements will receive a Reiki 1 (Shoden) certificate in Usui Reiki Ryoho.

Beyond the limits of space and time
Prerequisite: Reiki 1 - Shoden
Take your Reiki practice to a deeper level, where spirituality and quantum physics intersect, as you discover the power of the Reiki symbols and mantras as used in traditional Japanese Reiki practice. Students who complete all program requirements will receive a Reiki 2 (Okuden) certificate in Usui Reiki Ryoho.

Your instructor:
Janet Dagley Dagley is a Reiki Master/Teacher trained in both Japanese and Western Reiki traditions. She has studied with Frans Stiene (co-author of The Reiki Sourcebook, The Japanese Art of Reiki, the A-Z of Reiki, the Reiki Techniques Card Deck, and Your Reiki Treatment), earning Shinpiden (Level 3) certification in Usui Reiki Ryoho from the International House of Reiki. She is a graduate of the Master program in Usui Shiki Ryoho of Reiki Arts Continuum in New York City, studying with Margaret Ann Case. She earned Reiki Advanced Practitioner certification from the New York Open Center and Reiki Arts Continuum. She is editor of The Reiki Digest, the world's only weekly publication about Reiki, and has a private practice in New York City. A qigong practitioner for 20 years, she also is the founder of My Chi Qigong.
